London & Partners one of the best companies to work for 2017

London & Partners, the Mayor’s official promotional agency for the city, has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in the United Kingdom, for the third year in a row.

Just six years old, the company secured 45^th place in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to Work For 2017’. It’s the second time London & Partners has achieved a top 50 ranking.

London & Partners also received a special award for the wellbeing of staff, being credited with introducing initiatives such as offering greater flexible working options, Workshops for the Mind, Indian head massage and yoga.

The Sunday Times award, which is based on a survey of all employees, also noted that; “London & Partners fosters pride in the workplace with 87% positive sentiment, ranking 12th position”.

Deputy Mayor for Business and Chairman of London & Partners, Rajesh Agrawal, said: “This award is a tribute to the outstanding work all staff at London & Partners do promoting the city during these challenging times.

“It is especially rewarding to be recognised for all the initiatives the company has put in place to look after the wellbeing of staff which helps the company punch above its weight to ensure London’s messages are heard around the world.”

An awards ceremony was held on Wednesday (23^rd Feb) at Battersea Evolution and included a speech by Damian Hinds MP – Minister of State for Employment.
